Michael Snizek is a civil litigator with extensive experience in the areas of construction, Labor Law, and premises liability litigation. He has extensive experience representing property owners, construction companies, and corporations in complex, high exposure construction site accidents and premises liability cases involving personal injury and property damage. He is also experienced in post-incident construction site investigation. Prior to the practice of law, Michael was a project manager with large commercial general contractors in New York City and Boston, where he worked on construction projects valued in excess of $150 million.
Michael received his Juris Doctorate degree from Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005. While in law school, he was a chambers intern for the Hon. Joseph McLaughlin of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and a summer intern in the litigation group of a large Boston law firm.
Michael received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University in 1998 where he was a member of the Pi Sigma Alpha national political science honor society and Sigma Tau Delta national English honor society. While in college, Michael worked as a union carpenter in New York City.

Michael's professional memberships include: American Bar Association, New York County Lawyers Association, and the New York City Bar Association, where he is a member of the Construction Law Committee. He is licensed to practice in New York and is admitted to practice in the US District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
