Education & Experience:

Jennifer E. Seipel is a civil litigator with a focus on insurance defense. Prior to joining the Buckley Law Group, Jennifer represented numerous insurance carriers in connection with first-party and third-party liability defense, property and casualty coverage litigation, insurer bad faith, commercial litigation, business disputes, and general civil litigation throughout the State of Florida.

Before becoming an attorney, Jennifer graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Arts in both Political Science and Sociology. While at the University of Florida, she was a member of the Pre-Legal Honor Society and Alpha Kappa Delta International Sociology Honor Society. While attending undergraduate school, she worked as a law clerk and legal assistant for Rush & Glassman, P.A. She then attended law school at the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University College of Law in Orlando, Florida where she served as a member of the Women's Law Caucus and ATLA Mock Trial Team, and earned her Juris Doctor degree in 2006.

Jennifer is licensed to practice is the State of Florida. She also maintains admissions before the United States District Courts for the Northern, Middle, and Southern Districts of Florida. Today, her professional memberships include The Florida Bar, the St. Petersburg Bar Association, the Hillsborough Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Central Florida Association of Women Lawyers, the Florida Property and Casualty Insurance Fraud Task Force, the Florida Insurance Fraud Education Committee, the Florida Advisory Committee on Arson Prevention, and the Cortez Village Historical Society.
