David Graziani began his legal career at the Manhattan office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP in 2001, where he worked in the Corporate, Insurance and Litigation groups. David worked on various transactions, including the $8 billion dollar hostile takeover bid launched by Northrop Grumman to acquire TRW, Inc., as well as Yahoo's acquisition of Hotjobs.com and the related litigation.
After his tenure at Skadden, Arps, Slate Meagher & Flom, LLP , David worked for The New York Times Company, gaining extensive experience over a broad range of practice areas, both transaction and in regard to litigation, and then for The Buckley Law Group., P.A. David has a broad, eclectic legal background, including handling the most routine auto liability defense case to the most complicated commercial litigation. He has also negotiated and drafted an extensive amount of film (production counsel for HYPNOTIZE 3D, CASPER, TUROK: SON OF STONE, LASSIE and various VEGGIE TALES titles/films), music, Internet, software, mobile, distribution and technology licensing agreements for a wide range of clients. David has drafted all forms of distribution, financing, production and talent agreements with independent film financing companies. He also handles related litigation that ensues with respect to these transactions.
David attended the University of Pennsylvania located in Philadelphia, PA., from which he graduated in 1998 with a political science degree. David was an honor student and wrote for the school's newspaper, The Daily Pennsylvanian. Additionally, David was a varsity athlete and full letterman playing for the Varsity Tennis Team during his time at UPENN. After college, David attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Law and graduated in 2001 with the Juris Doctor degree.
