Education & Experience:

Adam P. Haenel is a civil litigator with experience in complex commercial litigation, insurance defense and plaintiff's personal injury. He has defended clients in construction, automobile, and premises liability lawsuits. Prior to joining Buckley Law Group, among other things, Adam worked for a national firm on the National Prescription Opiate Multidistrict Litigation, as well as the Talcum Powder Multidistrict Litigation. After law school, Adam worked for a real-estate law firm specializing in commercial and complex real estate-related litigation in New York City.

Adam received his Juris Doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law in 2005. In law school, he was selected as a research assistant for the Community Development Law Clinic, and he also worked for the New York Prosecutors Training Institute. As an undergraduate, Adam majored in Philosophy and received his Bachelor of Arts degree, Summa Cum Laude, from Syracuse University. While in college, Adam was a member of Sigma Alpha Mu and Phi Kappa Alpha. He was also an Undergraduate University Senator.

Adam is licensed to practice in New York and Florida. Adam is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Middle and Southern Districts of Florida. His professional memberships include the New York State Bar Association and The Florida Bar.
